Winnie Maithya is Born Again Kenyan female gospel  artist. She is a worshiper & minister of the word. Winnie comes from from Kitui, Kenya a place known as Kwa-vonza. She is a talented young female who is out to preach the gospel of Christ Jesus through singing. She joined this industry in 2017 when she discovered her talent. 

Her songs come in form of dreams and visions. She released her first album in June 2017 and in June 2018 she released a single which many can relate to. ‘’Je, umeokoka’’ is swahili for ''Are you Born Again'? The song calls out christians who are living a life that's different from that of salvation. The audio was done by TOBBY BISENGO and the video by TRUECAM MEDIA (MARTIN MUINDI)
